Shipping & Returns

We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS flat rate by size.

USPS Priority Mail: $9.99 USD
International shipping will be $21.99 USD.

    Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 7-14 business days after processing to receive items and that does not include weekends or holidays. For international shipments, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.

    We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
    We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products. 
    A delivery confirmation number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS.

    SALES TAX

     Massachusetts residents incur sales tax provided Massachusetts state law. International customers are responsible for all fees and shipping cost provided during check out.

     All orders shipping to a Massachusetts address is subject to a 6.25% sales tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside Massachusetts, are not subject to sales tax. All in-store purchases are subject to a 6.25% sales tax fee.

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    MA¥D does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If you have been in contact with us in regards to having a return/exchange approved, it is mandatory that you include proof of contact with our company in your return shipment. Please note, all returns must be included in the original packaging accompanied by a copy of the order invoice. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges over 7 business days old, no exceptions. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
