What is your cancellation policy?
MA¥D In America believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and sent out for shipping.
Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.
We will allow an exchange for another size or color as long as the item is still in new condition. A request for an exchange must be made within 48hrs after the package is received. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged. Please contact us through email or phone if you would like an exchange so that we can hold the item for you. If you have already received the package, you must send us the item back to the return address with a copy of the Receipt, contact number, and the item information (such as name, color, and size) that you would like. After we have received the package, we will contact you to confirm the details and have the exchanged item sent out.
We accept PayPal and major credit cards
Most orders process within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Expect up to 7-14 business days after processing to receive items and that does not include weekends or holidays.
Yes, International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Keep your MA¥D In America garment looking great wash after wash.
Turn the garment inside-out. Machine wash cold. Use gentle cycle
Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
To prevent shrinkage and maintain vibrancy, tumble dry on the low heat setting.
If possible, avoid drying your screen printed garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can damage the screen printing. Instead, air-dry the shirts to retain the imprinting.
Lay flat and drip dry for supreme preservation and a long life.
